Pros

None that I could think of. Floor staff is mostly temp, and the work them thru a meat grinder. Management is only as successful as their last decision, constant politics, back stabbing, power moves to keep heat off of you.

Cons

Same as above. I am sure HR is monitoring, and you will see 2 or 3 positie reviews to push this one down. Great job Kenco! Keep up the great work.

This company provides 3PL services for some of the largest warehouses in the south. Privately held company Good Insurance

Cons

Management is struggling to please the customer in Memphis. Should work toward pleasing the employees and lead customer to working with employees instead of unreachable expectations.

Great pay, good team environment. I really like working here, however the organization has issues that start at the top. However as a general statement...I would recommend someone work here.

Cons

The company has good intentions. It really does. However it has a hard time telling the customer no. They let the customer run the show regardless of how unobtainable or unreasonable the request.
