      Temp Agencies working with KENCO do not do a through background check.

      Pros

      Some of the Temp workers are great workers. The KENCO employees don't feel like they have to go behind them to finish the job.

      Cons

      A large majority of the Temp employees are (Spanish speaking). They don't always know what the English speaking employees are telling them, therefore creating communication issues.

      Pros

      I could not find any reason besides being in need of employment and they call.

      Cons

      Kenco is very frugal toward floor employees while upper management swims in wealth!

      Pros

      Early hours. Co-Workers are fun to work with. The rare company events are not bad

      Cons

      Labor. Poor management. Management does not follow company core values. Managers have a chip on their shoulders. Treat employees poorly, especially those that do not know labor laws (99%)are barely legal Hispanics)
