Pros

Friendly staff and workers, learned and gained relevant experience in industrial engineering. Got to participate in good mix of projects and applications. Spent most of time out on the floor instead of stuck in an office.

A lot of walking can be hard on the feet

Good benefits, company wants to do right by 401K contributions

Cons

No mentoring, lack of teamwork and negative work place, company does not practice what it preaches and ended up isolating employees who needed help and actually pushed them out. we all were working upwards of 60-70 hours/week with no help on a work/life balance.
