I can't think of any "Pros" for Kenco, considering what they did to me. Just beware of everyone there and do not consider Kenco to be a long term job.

Cons

Kenco claims to be a "family company". This is highly misleading. what they mean to say is that one family owns the company and everything you do is for their benefit and they could not care less about you or you family. Also, they only pay you "just enough", and you can forget about any kind of raise or anything.

Culture is focused on inclusion and input from all levels of the organization. Data driven and focused on an engineered approach and review of the operations. There are great people working at all levels, focused on success, but in the right way. The "10 Principles of Success" has turned into the "Guiding Principles" which are more than just marketing material.

Cons

The structure is in transition as the company prepares to handle the next level of growth. It is being managed well, but is creating adjustments and change in the organization.
