Great lean, quality, and team building. At the corporate level there is a great 3PL model of how a logistics system should be run.

Cons

Being more proactive at the site level and not reactive. Build your bench strength up and train to the process that was put into place and if there has been any changes, communicate that with your associates.

I love working here...everything from the guiding principles to the chance to explore new project/business opportunities to the ability to appropriately manage your time. It's a progressive workplace for a young person with an entrepreneurial spirit to it.

Cons

Travel - if you consider it a con. Some project warrant more than others, but all-in-all, it's an experience builder.
