There is a healthy work environment here and I feel that I can share my perspective and expertise without being dismissed or steamrolled.

Cons

There are of course still people within the organization that I do not enjoy working with, but that is not unique to Kenco. Most people are enjoyable to work with and respectful and talented in their areas of expertise.
