Can't think of any besides making an entry on your resume.

Cons

Work mon thru Sat. 9 hr days. Points given no matter circumstances if you need a day off. No communication. Upper management does not want to hear your ideas or suggestions to make things better. Get rid of the H.R. who does not do her job. Horrible insurance

It's a pretty good job in all.

Cons

There was a safety issue in NY warehouse and brought up the issue and was over ridden so I walked due to the safety and security being jeopardized and nothing being done.
