      Kenco is a close knit org despite their size. Leadership really cares about employer development Leadership Development Program is top notch Tons of opportunity if open to traveling and/or relocating

      Cons

      A lot of your experience in logistics is dictated by the quality of the GM at the site. So if stuck with a poor performing GM, it can negatively affect your time there
