Pros

Kenco is one of the top 3PL companies in the nation. Although it is large, it treats its employees like a small, family-owned business. The people that work here are like family and I enjoy working with each one of them. We try to work together as a team every day and that's what makes it fun.

Cons

Management is very individual-driven. There's no focus on team performance, but more so on individual performance. I always feel like I'm being watched every second of every day and I don't always feel like I have the freedom to go out there and do my job without them watching my every move
