Pros

The pay is pretty competitive for corporate positions. They allowed WFH up until recently

Cons

Unfortunately with the Pritzker buyout and various new upper level managers in the corporate hierarchy over the past few years, the work culture has tanked and it's now a high stress environment with no recognition and constant "stretch" goals. They're now trying to squeeze the last drop out of employees. Such a draining place to work. They tout "diversity and inclusion", "integrity" and "constant improvement", which only pertains to the color of your skin and not having a sharp mind to question the status quo. If you question things... good luck.

Pros

The only pro about the Devens, MA location is the other planners on site.

Cons

1) the manager is sexist - The men are treated significantly differently from the women. Rules do not apply to everyone. 2) No trust between management and employees. 3) Discouraged from talking with other team members which goes against one of Kenco’s core values. 4) no respect as an individual 5) you are seen as a butt in a seat to fill quota not as a person that holds value with something to offer 6) Micromanagement at it’s worst 7) management sets you up for failure rather than success 8) Nothing but empty promises - management promises flexibility, OT, and work from capabilities but none of which are actually true 9) absolutely no room for growth 10) this site does not comply with any of Kenco’s core values

Pros

The GM just resigned. That’s might change things. This will work temporarily, but I’m looking to resign as soon as possible. I have bills to pay, so I’m dealing right now. It’s chaos and confusion daily. There’s no Operations Managers, Supervisors have quit or are talking amongst themselves about quitting. Oh, pros, the paychecks haven’t bounced.

Cons

On site HR is a joke. You’ll never meet anyone from corporate unless it’s to tell you what you did wrong. All minority leadership is on the off shift, like they are hidden. You’ll work 6 days a week with no comp time, it’s just expected that you have no life. The true leaders who cared have been run away to better paying jobs and who can blame them. Those who remain, we are just surviving. They hire off the street, drug criminals, people who can’t pass drug tests, etc etc. Benefits are horrible, the deductible is extremely high and the employee contribution is high. Try to take off to get to the doctor, you work 6 days a week. There are fights in the parking lot, employees being threatened, racial slurs being used, but instead the chaotic leadership is pushing good leaders out of the good. The customer is too obtrusive. Always wanting to know what’s going on only to complain and bring in their own management,
