Pros

Lots of overtime (no choice) if you need it. The warehouse associates are good at their jobs and know what they are doing.

Cons

Supervisors and leads do not lead by example, associates are treated like they are not people but are just labor. Leads work 40 hrs when busy while associates must work 60 or more. Warehouse is like a military camp with Lead constantly micro managing your every move, with supervisor approval, to make productivity. Guiding principles and values are constantly stressed but not practiced.

Biggest issue is they lie to their clients on contractual obligations....very un-etical leadership from top to bottom

Most managers not only know your name but care about you and remember what is going on in your life. Enjoy the people I work with, and like coming to work everyday. Leadership seems to listen to ideas.

Cons

Communication between different departments could use some work.
