None... Aside from a weekly paycheck. Oh wait that sucks too considering how the numbers don't add up

Cons

Everything.. don't hire people for warehouse associate and then say you're a GL (general laborer) which in fact EVERYONE is a general laborer. Operators don't wanna get off their forklifts because they're lazy, not enough help for the so called instructions even with 3 or 4 different shifts. 1 shift sucks they literally cannot do anything. Or at least not a lot cus why right?
