      not too many pros to this job except it's 8 hours shift

      Cons

      When you get hired on the Evansville/Mount Vernon facility they tell you that it's Monday through Friday with an occasional weekend that's not true you will work 6 days a week

      The pay is pretty competitive for corporate positions. They allowed WFH up until recently

      Cons

      Unfortunately with the Pritzker buyout and various new upper level managers in the corporate hierarchy over the past few years, the work culture has tanked and it's now a high stress environment with no recognition and constant "stretch" goals. They're now trying to squeeze the last drop out of employees. Such a draining place to work. They tout "diversity and inclusion", "integrity" and "constant improvement", which only pertains to the color of your skin and not having a sharp mind to question the status quo. If you question things... good luck.
