The work wasn’t hard at all, people were great. Not too much mandatory OT, however OT is usually always offered.

Cons

The raises are terrible even if you’re a great employee. They don’t offer too much to grow at all inside the company.

No accountability is held for anyone at any level. GM can put on a horse and pony show for corporate to keep from being questioned. Lots of nepotism
