Pros

Kenco promoted from within when possible. I feel that I had adequate training for most of my roles in the company. Salary was competitive.

Cons

My end with the company was, in my opinion, unjustified. Prior employees in some roles did not want to work with new associates for fear of losing knowledge power.

Cons

Everything has to be out sourced if you need help with pay, insurance or anything it will take forever. Managers don’t have control of employees the good ones will get over worked. Insurance is expensive and they force you to have it.
