      Pros

      Not really much I can say here.

      Cons

      Limited PTO, Not a diverse place to work. Zero regard for work life balance. Very buddy system based. Promotions do not come often and when they do they are not protected by the company. Honesty is not a priority nor is keeping hard workers happy or even content. Everyone outside of the top 3 people (management) inside the building are expendable. No accountability from management. If management makes a mistake it will be passed off on an employee. Pay can/has been lowered with out any reason. Shifts can change and do pretty often to accommodate upper management even if it interferes with employee schedules/lives.

      Good pay, decent benefits, company has been growing a lot

      Cons

      There are a lot of good people at Kenco, but some not so great managers who are really not concerned with the culture or work experience. Not much training, follow up or expectation that certain managers are growing in their managerial skills.

      Fun Environment, great employees, great support team.

      Cons

      Poor job security. If you dont meet your numbers in sales you will most likely be fired. At the moment we lose about 3 people a month due to firing or quitting in fear of being fired. Sales numbers continuously increase on a monthly basis and the numbers you are expected to hit are extremely unreasonable.
