Pros
Company pays us weekly. The improvement incentives are cool. You earn them from recommendations. I earn one while I was a temp and was paid once I was hired on. They say they hire within, but maybe at other Kenco sites. My site is sketchy when it comes to promoting.
Cons
It is extremely hard to earn PTO for this company. No sick pay or anything that benefits the employees. Benefits barely covers for any care or prescription cost. I have not found a provider who takes their eye insurance in town. If your spouse have good insurance hop on theirs. Management shows sign of discrimination, are a tab bit racist at time, and are very rude. Example: Went to HR and complained about a coworker using the term color boy and color girl to describe African Americans worker. After six employees including a white male complained. They were all told that they were lying. They said that they believe in hiring from within the company first, but that has been proven as a lie. My site will post on indeed first for some weeks and then post the job in the break room. Growth within the company is near zero.
