the "controler" mgr is extreme. she micro manages everything you do. you don't have the proper tools abd guidance to do your job. especially if hired from outside. there is literally no gray area when doing your job you must be exact everytime. the controller mgr keeps a list of your errors even after you addressed it. then after a awhile she brings in HR and now you bad as she dumps all this on you. no training, no process or procedures in writing, does not promote going the extra mile or helping your coworkers.
