Pros

The income potential is very high. They do weekly spiffs. Training is on going. Management is very hands on. The best product on the market and no same brand competitors in the area.

Cons

As with all dealerships, the turnover can be high sometime. income can be inconsistant, even with the potential, it is still high pressure to make quotas

Pros

You get what you put in. You have to make an effor to receive a good payout. It doesn't take a lot of talent to sell cars, but you have to be patient and work hard in order to get something back.

Cons

Not having enough training material or guidance. Sometimes the tranining materials are lacking and the managers do not have time to help train the sales consultant.
