It includes paid vacation/sick days, paid holidays, paid life insurance, a 401k plan with company contributions, company discounts, and a full health insurance program mostly paid by Kendall.

Pros

As sales, a car bonus if you meet your customer satisfaction survey requirements. Health insurance is decent.

Cons

Mismanagement, nepotism, a rigid adherence to a one-size-fits-all philosophy. The list goes on. Rumor has it the company used to be awesome to work for but has recently gone down hill.
