Pros
There are som genuine co workers but unfortunately they ande overshadowed by the not so great ones.
Cons
This workplace lacks basic leadership and professionalism. Management regularly humiliates staff in front of their peers, often during daily morning meetings where criticisms are clearly directed at specific individuals without naming them. Instead of addressing concerns privately, managers and the GM gossip and jump to conclusions without seeking the full story. HR policies are blatantly disregarded, and inappropriate behavior, such as sales associates openly flirting with superiors, creates an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment. While the company may generate revenue, the toxic culture makes it far from worthwhile. Pressure from upper management trickles down, leaving those at the bottom to bear the brunt of it. Employees are frequently talked down to, insulted, and subjected to verbal abuse. The female sales manager in particular perpetuates gossip, belittles staff, and even uses profanity. Her behavior exacerbates an already toxic environment, making it feel more like high school than a professional workplace. There is no sense of support or teamwork; employees are left to sink or swim on their own. For me, the situation became untenable after being verbally attacked by both a manager and an unstable sales associate, leaving me feeling unsafe. This job might suit someone willing to compromise their moral standards, but for anyone who values respect and professionalism, it’s best to steer clear.
