Some very toxic "managers". Extreme favoritism and very clique. Lack of reviews and raises. Management can backstab you and throw you under the bus if you don't have proof of what you have done. Some people in area Management and above are absolutely terrible and don't do their job or misinform people. Not only that, people do things that should be terminated for (like sleeping with other high ups) and they get a slap on the wrist. Even if it happened multiple times. Hard workers go unrewarded. Forced to use personal paid time off or vacation time if you have to call out. There is no option to save it. Even though you are the one who worked to get it.

Management always on your butt. Lack of communication from higher ups. Always trying to cut corners on cost.
