Good Money But...

Pros

They pay you every week 4 breaks that last 10 to 15 minutes each $15 an hour referral bonuses

Cons

You won't get the referral bonuses until you have been there for at least a month The no-sitting rule on the floor makes sense but standing all 12 hours of a shift and only having maybe an hour to sit is hard on your body

Better than nothing

Pros

Diverse team members and most of the people by nature are good hard working employees.

Cons

Let's start with the compensation: Kenmore has a reputation for NOT compensating as deserved. That was brought to my attention my 1st week of employment and proved to be accurate. Secondly, nepotism runs throughout the veins of this organization. Certain individuals clearly are favored by upper management - therefore if you can get into that 'circle' you will be fine and well taken care of. Otherwise prepare to be deceived with promises of growth and/or financial compensation you will only receive in small doses at a time. The falsely claimed family-culture is simply fog.

Pros

Somewhat decent pay, always have hours, 3 day weekends

Cons

If on nights,, no family life. 2,2,3 - 12 hour shifts. Supervisors show too much favoritism.
