You have an opportunity to be taught by some of the most spiritually gifted Christians who truly love what they do.

Cons

Very flat organization, not many opportunities to advance or change positions.

Pros

There is a daycare on site, as well as an coffee bar. The employees are nice to work with and bosses are understanding if need take time off.

Cons

The pay is extremely low, even compared for other nonprofit ministries. Raises are always on "freeze" and when get a raise its few cents.
