Pros

Faith Faith Faith...the spiritual benefits received can in no way compare to the standard employee relations benefits. Daily prayer and chapel time, ability to give and receive vacation time (great for missions trips, ministry opportunities).

Cons

Promotions within the department are limited and no credit toward SSI for time worked there. Schedules change every month but you at least know what it will be.

Management is overbearing especially if you don’t believe exactly how they believe very strict on religious policies makes it hard to claim religious freedom
