      Great customer service experience

      Pros

      Flexible schedule for full and part time employees. It can be a fun work environment if you like people. Also can be very fast pace depending on which location you work at.

      Cons

      There is very little room to grow as a receptionist or manager and the salary and benefits are not enough to support a family on.

      Pros

      The environment is great and upbeat, there's not too many days where you dreaded going to work. There's little to no drama in the salons which is very surprising. The discounts and exceptional pay for the position are great, as well. Great benefits.

      Cons

      Corporate office is very disconnected from the bottom employees (receptionists) and the managers aren't trained very well, doesn't take long for them to promote inexperienced people to the position. They are very stubborn if you are a college student and make it impossible to move up in the company unless you're "on call at all times."

      Pros

      Lots of great people work here which is the #1 reason you enjoy coming to work every day, it's a fun and friendly work environment, some flexibility with your schedule, awesome discounts for services and products for employees.

      Cons

      Decent pay but raises are few and far between, little to no opportunity for career growth so expect to be in the same position indefinitely, can be very "clique-ish" (it is a hair salon), management can be hit or miss depending on the person above you.
