Pros
Lots of great people work here which is the #1 reason you enjoy coming to work every day, it's a fun and friendly work environment, some flexibility with your schedule, awesome discounts for services and products for employees.
Cons
Decent pay but raises are few and far between, little to no opportunity for career growth so expect to be in the same position indefinitely, can be very "clique-ish" (it is a hair salon), management can be hit or miss depending on the person above you.
