Pros

Hours are quite reasonable, especially compared to other companies in the Bay Area. Tension levels are low. If you stick around long enough, do your job, and don't anger anyone, you'll be in line for promotions.

Cons

Lack of continuity. Several key positions have been in a state of constant flux for years. This was before a large round of layoffs eliminating key positions. Lack of communication. Executive and senior director level conversations rarely make it down to the rank and file. If you're looking to further your career in ways other than simply a title upgrade, look elsewhere. If we weren't backed by a huge corporation, the ship would have sank by now.
