Pros

Nice people, flexible work hours, work life balance, open work space , flexible working environment, food and beverages , nice office, nice colleague

Cons

Too many “medium managers” “Director “ “Manager” in the company .The current management has been there for ages and are not going anywhere. This makes it incredibly difficult for employe to rise through the ranks. Even when they are better than their superiors.
