Pros

Benefits, vacation, 401k - that's about it.

Cons

Due to silo management style decision making, many people have thrown in the towel because it caused so much flux and stress in the company. Dysfunctional organization, doesn't have a strategy, management don't care to stick or implement processes and make jobs efficient. Just get it done - somehow and right away! Some people are very disrespectful and have big egos. Wouldn't recommend working here, but if you do - good luck.
