Pros

A caring place like a family. Clear expectation of what is excepted of you. The promote from within so upward mobility is possible. KFB is a place you can have a career. The benefits are outstanding as well as having a good culture. Anyone would be lucky to work for such a good place. With the $401K company match and possible yearly bonus, working at KFB for 30 years you will be able to retire comfortably.

Cons

If salary is your only desire, then this may not be the place for you, as KFB is more about the total package. They are more career orientated.
