      Great team rapport but very poor work-life balance

      Pros

      Great team rapport, at least with the team I was in. Hybrid setup.

      Cons

      Stressful and no work-life balance. Expected to work more than the normal hours and not be compensated. They say we can be flexible, but you’d rather not because work just piles up. Lots of reorganizations which is disruptive especially towards decision making and plans/goals.
