Pros

The people here are some of the nicest people I have ever worked with. The work life balance is good.

Cons

Leadership is making questionable decisions that are not good for overall employees. Business continues to decline which will probably mean more and more layoffs. They already forced everyone remote and in Los Angeles to move to New Jersey or get laid off, and the LA office closed.
