Restructuring and upcoming completion of acquisition. Too many brands to manage. Sometimes leadership lacks experience in their respective departments.

JNJ consumer was a great place with company values and great people. Things changed when we became Kenvue. Leadership spent a ton of money to close offices and mover everyone to Summit. The biggest loss is happening in Fort Washington. So many people no longer have a job thanks to the FW office closing and forcing everyone to Summit. On top of that business is tanking. What once was is no more.
