The people leaders in the company are extremely invested in developing their teams to achieve their individual career goals. The company does an amazing job of recognizing and rewarding its employee's for hard work or sales achievements.

Cons

There has been a lot of unorganization within the company since the J&J/Kenvue separation which I think effected the employee's moral.
