High level teammates in Brazil and abroad, technically and culturally speaking. Pleasant work environment, hybrid model with some flexibility and the office has great infrastructure: desks with extra monitors, full equipped snack areas, storing cabinets (lockers), bathroom with company brand amenities and more.

Cons

Company is dealing with the recent restructuring (spliting brands from J&J), some systems used are shared which makes employee requesting support from both companies, just requires a bit of patience.
