It's a joy working with a tight team of colleagues who would lend a helping hand when needed.

Cons

There's still great emphasis on compliance and processes which mirrors a pharmaceutical firm than a FMCG firm. More can be done as promised to streamline processes and expedite speed to market.

Bloated and slow - Agile is a term but not how people operate. Moving quickly only happens when lower-level staff puts in super-human effort IT way behind the times and almost no technical skills - rely totally on contractors. Technical not valued
