Pros

- The same people with good work ethic, "for the consumer" mentality, and owner's mindset are still there after the J&J Separation - Decent Pay, good bonus, after 2024 a good 401k match - Products that are recognized by all consumer base - Working at corporate, there is a good work life balance - Management cares about the work life balance (depends on team of course), but in general the company is mental health positive

Cons

- Difficult to move vertically within the same team - Will have to maintain some level of networking to rise up: who you know is important - Current company re-branding from J&J is leaving an uncertain atmosphere on where we may be headed

Pros

- Great health benefits that even covers your spouse and children.

Cons

- Difficult to see a face behind IT support and HR services (like pay and leave etc.). System is all automated and makes one miss the human touch. Can be frustrating when you have a question but you have to submit your enquiries online and wait for a response.
