      Iconic brands, science and product technology. Benefits and compensation. People at lower positions are very kind and welcoming - willing to help you.

      Cons

      Structure is not well sized for the “executional performance” in Care Kit - there are way too many managers, senior managers, leads, sr supervisors speaking beautiful about strategy and achievements and few analysts who are entirely responsible for feasibility execution and getting things done. Relationship based company - they value who you know, influence, status more than what you know and what you deliver.
