Pros

- company culture ("Du-Kultur", very nice colleagues and interviewers) - flexible working hours (noone dictactes structure, "no calls before 9am" policy) - home office possibilities (mostly 3 days -2 days model) - salaries are very good (above market standard) - good opportunities to personally and professionally grow - big variety of benefits

Cons

- separation from JnJ is time-consuming and processes could be implemented faster - onboarding process could be better -> mostly done by line manager

Since transitioning over from J&J Consumer to Kenvue, I have had the pleasure to work with several incredibly talented leaders across EMEA. The team I am part of are fantastic, everyone is a team player and we look after each other. The business itself has been thriving and it's great to see just how strong our famous brands continue to lead the industry. Kenvue's commitment to investing into people, new technologies and creative ideas means it is an exciting company to be part of, and this is just the start! Can't wait to see what the future will hold!

I joint Kenvue 6 months ago, more or less, and I'm having a great experience here. I'm working fully remote as TA Partner and the employer is very respectful of employees' needs. My role is very interesting and challenging.

Cons

No cons so far in my opinion.
