Kenvue reviews

JNJ consumer was a great place with company values and great people. Things changed when we became Kenvue. Leadership spent a ton of money to close offices and mover everyone to Summit. The biggest loss is happening in Fort Washington. So many people no longer have a job thanks to the FW office closing and forcing everyone to Summit. On top of that business is tanking. What once was is no more.

In my 30 year career. Kenvue is the most toxic work environment I have experienced. Blame culture and scape goat tactics employed. Little work life balance, salaried employees expected to work 10-12 hr days. The concept of ‘at capacity’ work load wise is not respected or understood. Unreasonable expectations at year end goal setting. Lack of routine 1 on 1 feedback. Focus on operations vs quality. Will offer hybrid roles and rescind after being hired. Will add responsibilities outside job description. Zero development opportunities year to year and false promises.
