-Decent benefits (significantly worse than JNJ however) -some decent & intelligent employees to learn from and work with

-a company in transition, a company focused on extra curriculars over meat and potatoes (their products and brands) -out of touch upper management / leadership with the workers on the shop floor -out of touch management hires incompetent middle management which makes it worse for the employees on the shop floor
