Pros

Benefits are pretty good though they've changed a bit in the last two years after the split from J&J. Use to be better but overall okay. Work Life balance is pretty good and decent pay compared to rest of industry. Overall culture at the company is good and everyone's really supportive.

Cons

A lot of changes constantly happening in the company due to the split from J&J and becoming an independent company. It's constant reorgs.

Project work is exciting and most people are very intellectual and self motivated

Cons

They are laying off key players and promoting people who are not leaders or knowledgeable in a SME type of way. It’s more about who you are friends with, whereas at JnJ, the petty high school environment didn’t exist
