      This is a great place. I've worked in many other places and have been here for +5yrs. I've been able to move around, grow, develop and learn a ton. You can always find a colleague to bounce ideas with. Inclusive.

      Cons

      Going through transition with the separation from J&J. So things are bumpy - new people in places, new processes. But the vision is good.
