      Pros

      Flexible working policy is probably one of the best out there. 1-2 days in the office and a 30 day work from anywhere policy.

      Cons

      Fair pay, but huge discrepancies within the Pay Grades. Leadership Team are making decisions based on personal preferences and for their own progression. Feels like a sinking ship at the moment with major changes in the Senior Leadership Team. Everyone is feeling vulnerable which makes for a horrible atmosphere. Decision making is slow and systems laborious.
