Absolutely nothing! Unless you are happy with all the free shampoos and soaps they give away on Christmas.

Cons

Constant micro-management, unaccountable people with ironic attitude. Everyone seems to be lying or having no idea what it is going on in the organization. It is a J&J backed company, so it is too big to fail anyway.

Cons

Gone are the stable days of J&J and we are in uncharted territory for Kenvue. There are so many changes, layoffs, and reorganizations.
