- nice people - home office possible

Cons

- 6 months into the job they changed the policy and reawoke the car allowance (which was pitched as part of the total compensation). Reason HR gave: "we are trying to stay competitive on the market". Simply idiotic! - unrealistic OKRs preventing from hitting the bonus fully - bad financial results of the company cutting the annual bonus for all employees - cutting costs everywhere while the leadership travels constantly without a clear reason for it - the permanent contract was discontinued from one day to another due to "restructurisation" Summarizing - you don't know what expects you each month, but you for sure will feel the financial impact of it
