      In my experience, the environment was great, good team work, benefits were flexible to ones needs. Great experience

      Pros

      First Metro in India with CBTC system that allows the train to drive itself. Employees can learn from diverse teams that they work with.

      Cons

      The culture at the organization is total let down. Top management is often involved in politics. HR has and takes personal grudges on employees. There is a huge preference for people based on the region they come from. Not many growth oppurtunities.
