Money is good. Benefits are good too

Cons

Management sucks! This is a union shop and they are hell bent on breaking the union. They will fire you for no reason and then the union will get your job back with back pay. Cool but can take up to a year to settle with them. Schedules are harsh. Split schedules at times.

Some people get lots of oppurtunities while some people dont get any. Seems like you have to be "fake nice" to important people to get perks.
