You get paid, they have benefits. And it’s better than unemployment
Cons
You are treated as expendable. They care very little about your input or well being. They literally ride the line of what they have tin do and barely do that. The job has transformed to trying to keep you employed at the company to trying to get you to quit if you’re a senior driver. No advancement opportunities and would rather hire outside people who have no experience at the company or in that particular field than experienced qualified candidates internally
